Family Time Can Improve Health In Children

Family activities are nice ways for parents and kids to spend time together. But did you know that they can also improve the social and emotional health of young children?

According to a study, children who spend more time with family--eating together, reading together, playing together, and more--are more likely to have stronger emotional and social health than those who didn't receive the same type of "family time."
