This week, lawmakers in the House of Representatives will vote on Speaker John Boehner’s resolution to sue President Obama for waiving the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) employer mandate last year without the consent of Congress.
Also this week, a federal appeals court could issue a much-anticipated ruling about who can receive subsidies to afford health insurance under the ACA.
And as the days tick down to their August recess, the House this week will also vote a plan to keep the Highway Trust Fund solvent until May.
